SPR# HEK4JJPDF - Fixed various outline problems: Fixed outline in memory storage to use internal memory. This overcomes a limitation where using the outline for a database with a large number of views and folders would fail at more than 2500 views and/or folders. Also fixed outline's presentation of private on 1st use views and folders to only show a single entry: either the shared copy, or the private copy if it already exists.
